The interim board will be in place until the estate is officially taken into community ownership. Then full elections will be held to create a new democratic and accountable board which will take the community estate on to its next phase.
All residents of the estate will have the opportunity to nominate and appoint directors to run the organisation by registering as a member and exercising their right to vote.
